Hi, I'm Cheryl
Throughout my lifetime, I’ve lost and gained the same weight more times than I’d like to acknowledge.
I want to teach you how to get to your goal weight eating the foods that you love.
I want to teach you the skills I learned to make it possible to be at our goal weight.
I used to think

I’m too old to get to my ideal weight

I love food so much

I’m addicted to sugar
-
When I’m stressed, I always eat
-
It’s just too hard
-
I thought I could never be successful at weight loss
What I learned and how I reached my goal weight

I ate the foods I wanted and enjoyed

I didn’t starve myself

I listened to my body when it came to food

I learned how to eat when I’m hungry and stop before I’ve had too much
